Representative Hanley, Co-chair, moved and asked unanimous consent             
that the referral to the Finance Committee be waived for the following:        
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 433                                                            
An Act relating to an exemption to the unauthorized publication               
or use of communications and the prohibition against                           
eavesdropping for certain law enforcement activities.                          
                                                                               
Representative Vezey objected and withdrew the objection.  There               
being no further objection, the Speaker waived the Finance Committee           
referral.                                                                      
                                                                               
HB 433 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the              
Rules Committee for placement on the calendar.
